The Charity Partners for this fundraising initiative are Charlton Athletic Community Trust (UK Registered Charity Number: 1096222) and Young Minds (UK Registered Charity Number: 1016968).

Winner Announcement 

The winning numbers will be announced on 2018-07-02 16:00 GMT

 

Who is eligible to win a Prize?

Eligible entrants must be at least 13 years old to win a Prize. Winners under 16 years of age must have parental permission to participate in this fundraising campaign. 

 

Entrants must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. Any entries from residents of the aforementioned countries will be deemed ineligible and are non-refundable. Entries are also subject to all local laws and certain conditions in foreign jurisdictions may prevent the issuing of a Prize. Employees, officers, or immediate family members of the charity partners, sponsors or contest promoters are not eligible to receive a prize. 

 

Methods of Entry

We offer two methods of entry.

To make a donation

 

To make a donation and contribute to our amazing causes, you can select specific ticket amounts that correspond with a given donation amount. A participant can find these donation amounts on the https://sidemenfc.matchplus.co/donation-amount/ page of our website.

To enter for free via post

 

While we encourage you to donate to the great causes we support, you can enter for free via post. Postage details can also be found on the https://sidemenfc.matchplus.co/donation-amount/ section of our website.

 

To keep things fair, a player entering by post will receive the amount of tickets associated with the average donation amount. This is usually 2x the lowest ticket amount. 

Only one postal submission for entries is permitted per individual for each fundraising initiative.

 

Selection Process

Winners (subject to eligibility) will be chosen via our independantly certified random number generator. This random number generator is proven to be statiscally random to insure fairness and goes above and beyond regular computer applications which include random functionality.

 

Odds of winning depend on the number of ticket entries a player has.

 

Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility as a Winner. 

No purchase, payment, donation or contribution is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Notification Process

All winning ticket numbers will be posted on the website and all winners will also receive an email notifying them that they have won.

 

Prizes will be issued 20 business days after winner selection.

 

Distribution of funds raised. 

All entrants acknowledge that 80% of all funds raised will go to the Charity Partners. All entrants recognize that 20% of the funds raised will go the Promoter to cover the cost of running the promotion. 

The Promoter is MatchPlus with mailing address at 28 Redchurch St, London, E2 7DP. 

 

Final Terms


Neither the Promoter, nor any of the Participating Charities, Sponsors or Partners shall be liable in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise in connection with this fundraising initiative for:

(a) loss of revenue, contract, profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of data;
(b) any special or indirect or consequential losses;
(c) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

(d) the loss of opportunity to enter a fundraising initiative and/or right to receive a Prize

 

The Promoter makes no warranty, representation or guarantee that use of the Websites, telephone system, broadcast or live transmission will be uninterrupted, timely and/or error-free.
